This sub-section provides templates exclusively for use in the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Although the Court of Appeal is governed by the //Rules of Civil Procedure// and, therefore, uses many forms in common with the Ontario Superior Court, the templates on this page will be only used in the Court of Appeal.
