Alias e-mail addresses
The firm uses alias e-mail addresses to deal with correspondence for various kinds of issues.
Alias e-mail addresses forward correspondence to all firm users concerned by a category of issue. This way, we can provide a single address to a court or other party and have mail delivered to multiple recipients at the firm.
This page lists all addresses and the subject matter associated with each e-mail.

The Superior Court e-mail address is reserved for ALL matters that proceed before a Superior Court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. In other words, ONSC, ONSC (DC), ONCA, SCC. This address would also be used for superior court matters in other provinces.
The Small Claims Court e-mail is for similar use with small claims courts in all Canadian jurisdictions.
The Federal Court e-mail is for use in matters with the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
The tribunals e-mail is used for all tribunals, whatever the jurisdiction.
