The term “firm” is loosely used, for the association between lawyers, researchers, and even the practice manager is governed by service agreements. One might say that the term masks a form of anarchy, but one shouldn't be quick to judge. The point of this association is to promote small law practices–whether that means sharing work with lawyers or relying on the excellent work of law students and other literati.

This wiki is a store of knowledge. In the spirit of any wiki, it is meant to be improved upon by users. Feel free to suggest changes or new pages.
